I got my first tattoo (an entire body suit) from Marie and she is incredible. I knew I wanted a piece that worked with the curves and details of my body, something that would become a part of me oppoed to a stamp on top of me.

I had some thoughts on the story that this meaningful tattoo would convey and together we came up with the perfect tattoo for me. Completely personalised to my story and my body. On top of a beautiful design, she is so talented with the work she does. I’m in love with the detail and could never trust another artist after this experience! I spend 4 entire day sessions with her, she is a joy. Completely professional but really kind and personable.

I’m so proud there are women like Marie in the tattoo industry. I can’t recommend her enough.

My tattoo is healing beautifully and honestly I’ve never been more loving of how my body looks since I got it done - it’s wonderful.” - Gwen

  • CECILIA

Thank you so much for an absolutely mind-blowing experience and for creating the most beautiful tattoo I have ever seen.

The fact that you posted it with that song and album—the ones I so often use in a ceremony—was truly the icing on the cake.

    Wow.- Cecilia

  • ERIKA

This tattoo will always be with me and give me strength – even when I don’t immediately notice. It has given me a new way of living, of approaching others, of being in the world.

And of course, when I look at myself, I truly feel beautiful and special.
I love finding clothes that elegantly reveal glimpses of it, and I receive many compliments.
It enhances my features and makes me feel amazing.

In the end, this tattoo has been – and will continue to be – a journey of self-care, self-consciousness, and a way of manifesting myself to others.

    Forever thankful to you, Marie.

  • MAYVI

My tattoos feel like home. They are my armor. My story.

For years, I struggled with body dysmorphia, never truly feeling at ease in my own skin. But now, every time I look at my tattoos, I feel connected.

To myself. To my strength. To something that finally feels like me. They make me feel proud. They make me feel beautiful. It’s like they were always meant to be there – as if my skin was just waiting for them.

    Marie didn’t just tattoo me.

She helped me find the bridge between my body and my soul. There’s something powerful in the way sharp lines meet organic forms – that contrast between blade and bloom.

The art she created is more than ink.

    It’s protection. It’s healing. It’s me. - Mayvi

  • POL

I met Marie inspired by her work, though I didn’t really know where the process would take me. I wanted to mark my skin, in a way that would enhance my existing features, make them more beautiful.

It has always been hard for me to enjoy my body. I was not appreciative of its shape and deformities. I felt disconnected, I was trying to understand how to appreciate it more, how it should be or feel.

The lines we imprinted dance around the muscles and follow them. They represent movement, the energy lines giving life to my flesh. They are sharp and soft, they knot and flow, as the life force shaping me.

I take pleasure observing the tattoo move, I take pleasure seeing my body move, finally. It has no gender, it has no bound. It’s a moving shape, dancing with energy. That I feel blessed to wear and show around me.

Thank you for helping me taking steps towards self love. - Pol

  • VICTORIA

DescripFor me, this tattoo is a symbol of transformation and growth — of honoring where I come from while embracing who I am today.

Being part of the design process made it even more meaningful. Marie understood exactly what I envisioned, and with patience and care, we brought it to life together. I still remember when she handed me a marker to draw freely on my own skin — my story in my lines — and then she transformed it into her own art and style.

That collaboration became part of the tattoo’s essence: a reminder that growth also comes with tenderness, empathy, and the beauty of creating something together. - Victoria

  • GIUSI

The whole design process was tailored to my body, Marie drew parts of the tattoo freehand following the lines of my leg and hip, to have a design that was perfect for me. This tattoo now has an important meaning to me in relation to my body, I feel like the way my leg looks has become much better and it makes me feel more sensual and confident.

This tattoo has allowed me to appreciate my body much more and feel more comfortable in showing it, because I feel like I am also showing a work of art. Everyone has complimented me on the beauty of the tattoo and its harmony with my body, raising my self-esteem a lot! Every time I see it in the mirror, I fall more and more in love with it, and I think it has definitely improved my relationship with my body. - Giusi

  • CHRISTINE

My tattoo combines ornamental and botanical. The botanical motif is heather, which reminds me of my childhood in Thy in the north-western part of Denmark. Memories of how I lay in the heather blankets of the dunes, looked at the blue sky and the white clouds, and inhaled the scent of the sea, crowberry and heather. And thought about everything and nothing.

Marie's interpretation of heather is elegant and placed so it follows the natural lines of my arm. From the heather, thin ornamental lines extend. Marie drew these lines for me after we met and talked about my ideas. Like waves, the lines follow and highlight the shapes of my upper body and emphasize my personality. This permanent decoration makes me feel beautiful and happy, and it evokes treasured memories. - Christine

    OSKAR

Marie’s style immediately resonated with me. Her approach to tattooing felt personal, intentional, and deeply expressive. The piece we created didn’t belong to any established style, so we ended up calling it Atlantis, inspired by the art from the Disney movie we both loved as kids. The intricate lines, the way it flows with my body, the way it builds on my natural form—it made the tattoo feel like more than art. It became a part of me.  There’s still a childlike happiness I feel when I catch sight of it in the mirror. That initial giddy joy has never faded—and in a way, it connects me to something essential. That feeling reminds me not just of the moment I got the tattoo, but of the journey that led me there.  We all wrestle with who we are from time to time

—regardless of age, gender, or background—

but this tattoo reminds me of everything I’ve lived through—the highs and the lows. It’s a marker of how far I’ve come, of the places I’ve been, and the person I’ve grown into along the way.  When I see it, I think of the younger version of myself—fresh out of high school, unsure of what to do with his life, searching for something deeper. And I feel a quiet pride in everything I’ve experienced since, and in the person I’m still becoming. That evolution that ongoing transformation is what makes this piece so meaningful to me. - Oskar

  • FARINA

I already thought about a backpiece for some months and as I found your art, I had to try ;) Also I could connect the trip to Denmark with some days in Sweden, so I had two very amazing weeks, and the pain at the studio can definetly not "lower" my experience or my memories of these days. When I see my tattoo I also always get that feeling of the amazing trip.

Now the tattoo, together with the ones I already had, just make me feel much more confident with showing my skin or my body, and I find that very difficult to put in words. I guess it feels like a protective shield on my body, like a very thin layer that protects you from the outside world, but also connects you to it because of the natural/botanical motive. I was so proud of it, I even put a photo of the tattoo, that we took in the studio, over the bed ;) It happens quite often that people ask me about the tattoo, when I wear a top or something, they make compliments or say that they never saw something similar. But even when I dont "show" the tattoo, just knowing that I have something so beautiful on my skin just gives me a good feeling and connection to my body.  - Farina

  • MIRA

It was important to me to give you as much freedom as possible.

I chose the ribs, chest, and up the arm because it gave me a sense of protection. I’ve struggled a lot with eating disorders and self-harm over the years. I felt like my tattoos looked like something otherworldly—something you can’t fully understand, but don’t need to. Having these tattoos feels like being wrapped in a hug of safety. They bring me calm when I look in the mirror and allow me to let go and enjoy life.

I can only say that my view of my body has improved by having these tattoos. Not only are they pieces of art in themselves, but they also give me the feeling that my body, too, is a work of art—a canvas that deserves care and kindness.

Now, I can only look forward to watching this canvas evolve with everything life brings—gaining weight, losing weight, carrying children, creating life—and the art I wear on my body will only become more beautiful as it grows with the canvas. - Mira

  • CHRISTIAN

Its changed how I look at myself and particularly how I feel about my body. I've never had much body-confidence, but having this work be a part of me makes me feel beautiful every day. I'd never considered any part of me beautiful before.

Extra note: I loved the design process so much. You captured something I deeply wanted without me being able to fully express it. For reference it was the scientific botanical style, and then the size of the piece itself, which so much enhances how it looks. - Christian

  • AMY

When i was three i gave my dad a baby ficus plant. Now, 18 years later, it is grown into a 2 meter plant standing in my house.
“….”  It felt like my dad came to say hallo.
My dad is living in the plant, and the plant is now living in me, and on me.

I can be a bit of a controle freak when it comes to tattooing (not only when it comes to tattooing haha). I feel like i want to controle the proces and outcomes. This time, i didn't know about the end result, because the composition and shapes were created in the moment.
This proces forced me gently to surrender en trust. Marie also gives you this feeling of trust.
The tattoo reminded me that in nature, nothing is perfect en that is exactly why everything is perfect. Branches can be bent in weird ways, leaves can be damaged, and yet they are still beautiful.

The branch is growing around my arm, like it embraces me. It reminds me to embrace and celebrate the imperfections of nature and human being.
Every time i am struggling or doubting, this little creature on my arm is encouraging me to accept en embrace my whole self and the moment as it is.

Thank you Marie, for all the love and attention you put in this piece of art  - Amy

  • CAROLINE

You understood my references to perfection and nailed the design on the first try. For me, the process of getting a tattoo is just as important as the design itself. It truly matters to me that there is a shared enthusiasm between the tattoo artist and the client, and after our initial conversation, I felt that we had laid a solid foundation for the perfect design—one that we both seemed to love equally.

Beyond that, part of my process is also to leave as much of the creative aspect as possible in the hands of the artist. I had seen your work and knew in advance that I would love everything you came up with.

Today, it remains one of my absolute favorite tattoos, yet at the same time, it’s the one I most often forget I have. It’s a wonderful feeling every time I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and am reminded that I have a stunning piece of art on my back. I love the idea that it dynamically follows my body’s movements and is always changing.

It might sound strange, but getting this tattoo has actually made me take better care of my body. I’ve always had poor posture and a physique shaped by a sedentary lifestyle and static work. But after getting the tattoo, I started making a much greater effort to strengthen my muscles—partly to ensure that the tattoo looks as good as possible. - Caroline
